Delivery to the UK ONLY

All items are sent via insured methods and require a signature on receipt.
Delivery is usually within 1-2 working days.

All purchases made on the label7.co.uk web site are subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

Acceptance of Orders

By clicking on the "confirm order" button, you are acknowledging these terms. This, however, represents an offer of contract from You only and is not binding until accepted by Us by dispatching the goods to you with a dispatch note issued by us to you. Receipt of an order via the label7.co.uk website by Us does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse your offer for any reason. We reserve the right to amend any omissions or errors on any page or in any documents without liability on our part. You, as the customer, are responsible for the accuracy of any order made and for the giving of such necessary information relating to the sale terms and delivery. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery (within the UK) - International shipments will take a little longer dependant on local delivery services.

General Sales

All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. Label7 Ltd. will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold from its web site until payment has been received and cleared in full. Payments are accepted on most credit or debit cards via Paypal. We authorise you to make any enquiries you deem necessary in connection with this sale. This information will be used for fraud prevention or debt recovery.All prices quoted are fully inclusive. Price also includes delivery to any address in mainland UK, please e-mail us for information and prices for shipping outside of the UK.

 

Accuracy of Information

Label7 takes great care to faithfully reproduce all descriptions and specifications as provided by the manufacturers however, errors may occur. If you are in any doubt we recommend you contact us via e-mail with any questions you may have. The illustrations and colours are representative only. All sizes are approximate. All Items are subject to availability. All details, specifications, prices are accurate at time of publication, but may subsequently change. While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown are as close as possible to the actual specification there may be slight variations due to the nature of these products. All accessories are extra unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter specifications as advised by the manufacturers.

Warranty

All items are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise stated. All goods sold comply with current legislation

 

Cancellation Rights

The customer has an unconditional right to cancel an order. You must exercise the right to cancel an order by informing Label7 in writing within the following period:

 

Goods - from the date the order is accepted by label7 until seven days after the Goods arrive at the delivery address. Customers exercising their right to cancel an order must ensure that reasonable care is taken of the goods and that they are returned to label7 in an unused and as new condition complete in its original packaging and with all instructions and accessories. The return must include any premium offers or free gifts offered with the product. Goods are returned at the customers expense. Returns are not possible for items which have been customised by label7 at the customers request. If a return has been authorised Label7, we will refund the purchase price of the goods or services within 30 days of receiving and checking the goods are as new and complete. A restocking fee of 25% will apply.

 

Defective or Faulty Products

If you believe that the goods you have purchased are defective at any time please report this as soon as possible via e-mail. If the goods are within the manufacturers guarantee period we will arrange to replace or repair the goods as per the manufactures guarantee. It may be necessary to inspect the goods. Should this inspection prove the fault to be the result of customer misuse then our normal service charge will apply.
